Terms of Service
Work is performed under a written estimate you approve. Labor carries a two-year workmanship guarantee unless noted otherwise on the ticket. Manufacturer warranties cover equipment. Hidden conditions (rot, unpermitted prior work, inaccessible lines) may require a revised price before we continue.
Emergency dispatch is subject to weather, road closures, and existing on-site safety. You are responsible for shutting water off if instructed and for providing access to the work area.
