More Than Pizza.
It's Our Tradition.
Forno Rosso began with a single wood-fired oven and a simple belief: pizza should be made the way it was in Naples a century ago — slow-fermented dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and fior di latte mozzarella, nothing rushed and nothing artificial.
Today the oven is larger, but the process hasn't changed. Every base is hand-stretched to order and blistered in ninety seconds at nearly 480°C, the way it's always been done.
